Happy Heart Hatha:
​

Come heal, connect and fall in love with yourself in our Happy Heart Hatha Yoga. Classes may include Yoga postures (Asana), breath work (Pranayama), Mantra, meditation, positive affirmations and gentle massage while listening to beautiful soft music. This class will help to heal your body, mind and spirit. Recommended for any level of practice.

Yin and Yang Yoga:
The symbol of balance; fire and water! Come ignite your inner flame through a vigorous ashtanga based vinyasa flow. Connecting and harmonizing breath with movement while challenging our physical bodies (modifications for all levels) and create heat within. Followed by a cool down of deep stretch restorative yin style poses, meditation/body scan and a peaceful relaxation savasana to balance out your energy. How absolutely delicious!!

Move & Be Still
Move & Be Still is a gentle slow flow movement followed by a juicy restorative practice.
This class has been created with a perfect balance of both movement and stillness which is aimed at bringing our nervous system into balance, restoring a sense of peace and calm and leaving you with a blissful and rejuvenated feeling to start your week.
This is your time to shift your awareness into ease both physically and mentally while enjoying an intimate and cozy setting.

Heal and Restore
​​All about healing the mind, body and soul. Amazing for all levels and helps to rehabilitate the body and mind. You will be guided through a sequence of gentle Hatha and yin postures (asanas) as well as breath work (pranayama) and meditation.  Come heal, connect and Bliss out with some much deserved self love.

Intro to Flow
Have you always wanted to start Yoga but not sure where to begin?  Already have a practice but still not sure if your doing each Asana correctly?  This series is open to all levels.  An opportunity to learn and practice alignment, technique, theory and fundamentals of Yoga.

What to expect on your 4 week journey:
*Each class we begin with a discussion around Yoga theory, ways in which you can invite more positivity into your life.
*A break down of a few poses each class in a workshop style.
*Gentle flow, putting together each pose we have practiced.
*Savasana a moment of stillness and relaxation.

Restorative Yoga w/ Reiki Healing

Come connect with the stars and ancient healing energy in this magical candlelit Yoga practice. You will be guided through traditional restorative poses (using props to help you melt into relaxing postures), meditation and receiving Reiki therapeutic touches/adjustments (healing energy) throughout your practice. Combining both restorative Yoga and Reiki therapy allows for deep stillness and inner transformation. Recommended for any level of practice.

Mama Wolf and Baby Wild Pup:
Mama's, come nurture yourself among nature and join other like-minded Mamas and their pups for a Hatha style Yoga practice in the Yurt. Let your wild little pups just be themselves in a relaxed, loving and compassionate environment. Enjoy the benefits of Yoga while connecting with your wild pup and other mama's and their pups and grow our community and wolf pack.

Yin Yoga:
Deeply ground your roots into the earth and slow the pace in our magical calming Yin style Yoga class. Yin Yoga postures are held for longer periods of time and gently stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues. With focus on healing the body, mind and spirit through deep relaxation and release of mental, emotional and physical stress. Yin helps to improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in the body. You will leave feeling amazing!!! 
​Recommended for any level of practice.

Restorative Yoga w/ Thai Massage:
We are all busy bees these days, and it's important to slow down and rest our body and mind. Come join us for a deeply relaxing practice, incorporating restorative Yoga poses (using props to help you melt into longer holds in relaxing postures), relaxation, meditation, and Thai massage. This practice helps you go inward, heal, restore, and leaves you with a profound sense of calm and stillness. Recommended for any levels of practice.

Organic Flow:
In Organic Flow we combine asanas, movement, pranayama, and meditation with intention.  This healing practice encourages you to become an independent Yogi by trusting your inner guidance, stepping into a state of power, abundance and being in love with who you truly are.  Connect with your inner-self as your breath, movement, and posture form a continuous, flowing, dance-like meditation. Vinyasa Yoga is all about freedom. Freedom of the mind, body and spirit. To just let go and flow can be such a liberating experience. Come, let go and flow! 
Recommended for any level of practice with variations and modifications offered throughout the class.
